Full Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi – Aphrodite Cruises (L, D)

7:30 am to 8:30 am: Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.

Along the way to Halong Bay, we will stop for a short break in an arts and crafts center. Here you are able to watch the product being made and grab a snack to eat.

12:30: Embark for Aphrodite for welcome drinks, followed by the safety briefing.

13:30: Enjoy lunch in the dining room.

15:30: Take a 1-hour cave tour, exploring stalagmite and stalactite formations.

16:30: Participate in our Happy Hour promotion (buy 1, get 1, on house wine, long drinks, beers, soft drinks, canned juice) until 19:00.

17:30: Attend a cooking demonstration with the chef on the sundeck.

19:30: Have dinner in the dining room.

21:00: Relax with a movie or take part in squid fishing.

Day 2: Cruise full Halong Bay (B, L, D)

6:15: Practice Tai Chi on the sundeck.

7:00: Enjoy a light breakfast buffet.

8:30: Transfer to a day-boat for a tour of Cua Van fishing village and experience the local culture.

12:00: Have lunch on day-boat.

13:30: Transfer to Titop island and enjoy kayaking or visit a beach.

16:00: Return to Aphrodite.

18:00: Dinner, followed by relaxation time.

Day 3: Aphrodite Cruises – Hanoi (Brunch)

6:15: Start the day with Tai Chi on the sundeck.

6:45: Have a light breakfast at the buffet.

7:45: Explore Luon Cave by bamboo boat.

9:00: Checkout time (guests with heavy luggage can leave bags outside of the cabin and settle accounts at Reception).

9:45: Partake in a full brunch buffet.

10:30: Disembark

Check out before 11:30 am.

12:00 pm: Depart Halong Bay for Hanoi.

4:30 pm: We shall drop you back off at your hotel in Hanoi’s old quarter. We hope you had a legendary journey and hope to see you again!

Canceled by customers:

– More than 7 days prior to check-in: free of charge

– 7 days prior to check-in: 10% of the total rate

– From 6 to 3 days prior to check in 50% of the total rate

– Less than 3 days prior to check-in: 100% of the total rate

– No-Show: 100% of the total rate

– Refund will take up to 7 working days

Cancellation due to bad weather conditions:

– In the event of bad weather, the Management Board of Halong Bay will assess if a cancellation is necessary on the morning of departure. If such a cancellation is necessary we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer a full refund in accordance with the cruise policy
