Dambri Waterfall

Your exploration of Da Lat will be not complete without an excursion to Liang Biang Mountain. Actually, Liang Biang is not a single mountain, it’s a majesty mountain range among green landscape associated with an immortal love story. Once upon a time, there was a couple in love without the disagreement of clans. However, they still maintained their love and even got married before leaving for the mountain for their life. One time, the girl got illness which is incurable. The boy had no way but transferring back to the village for help. Immediately, the boy was chased by the villagers and ran to his mountain home. Sadly, the girl was killed by villagers’ poisoned arrows when she supports it for her darling. In boundless grief, the boy’s tear made a big stream. After recognizing the faults made from the wrong point of view about love, the villagers named for the mountain Liang Biang to commemorate the love of the couple.

Truc Lam Zen Monastery 

Truc Lam Zen Monastery is part of the Truc Lam Yen Tu Zen, about 5 km away from the center of Da Lat City. The monastery is located on Phung Hoang Mountain, above the Tuyen Lam Lake. This is not only the largest monastery in Lam Dong province but also the sightseeing and worship place for locals and tourists.

Da Lat Market, the trading center of Da Lat city, is situated on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street and is considered the "heart of Da Lat city". It is not only a market for trading activities but also an attractive destination for visitors to the city. Coming to the market, visitors may find local produce such as fresh artichokes, dried fruit, vegetables and more throughout the day. Apart from the produce, clothing, artful silk embroidery products, other things can also be found. In the evening, the roads around the market are closed to traffic and the night market of Da Lat spills onto the surrounding streets.

The largest water body in Da Lat is 7 km from Da Lat city center and just 2km from Datanla Waterfall. Tuyen Lam Lake is a beautiful complex with various tourist services. In the lake, there are small islands surrounded by pine trees. From the site, visitors can take the cable cars through to Robin Hill, admiring the pine forest, Tuyen Lam Lake and Phung Hoang Mountain from high above.
