Full Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

Upon arrival at the airport, you will be warmly welcomed and taken to the hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi – Bat Trang – Hanoi (B, L)

In the morning, your family will be taken to Bat Trang Ceramic village - a small village in the north of Vietnam, is about 13 kilometers southeast of Hanoi center, on the other side of Chuong Duong Bridge. Here, your family will have a great time with a lot of fun making your own products.

Afterward, you will take a buffalo cart to stroll around the village and make a stop at one of the home factories to learn more about the traditional techniques used by local artisans.

Head back to Hanoi. En-route, make a short stop at Bo De Pagoda to visit orphaned and disadvantaged children.

When arriving back in Hanoi, start the exploration of the city. The first stop will be the Temple of Literature which reveals the Hanoians’ spirit of study in the past. It is a great place to take in the tranquility of the scenery and learn more about the long-lasting education in Vietnam. Wrap your beautiful day with a water puppet show in the evening.

Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B, L, D)

This morning, set off your 3-hour drive to Halong Bay. The scenic drive will take you through beautiful scenery with some stops and coffee breaks along the way. Upon arriving at the pier of Halong, you will embark on a wooden junk for a cruise on the bay. Take your time to immerse into the fresh air and watch the scenery goes by. Enjoy a delightful lunch on board as the ship sails through various islands and limestone karst. Afterward, take a fresh swim and explore some of the limestone caves in the region.

As the sun starts to set, the ship will cruise to a nearby island for the night. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 4: Halong Bay – Hanoi – Hue (B)

In the early morning, you could take part in a Tai Chi session on the sundeck to breathe in the fresh air of the bay before enjoying breakfast. You have plenty of time to admire magnificent sunrise while the ship cruises to Luon Cave.

You also have the chance to visit a fishing village on the bay to get a glimpse of daily local life. Afterward, cruise back to the harbor and drive back to Hanoi for a flight to Hue.

Day 5: Hue – Thuy Bieu eco-village (B, L)

In the morning, set off your journey to the Imperial City of Hue - one of seven World Heritage Sites of Vietnam. You will have the chance to learn in-depth the history of the region with its all sites including Flag Tower, Ngo Mon Gate, Nine Dynastic Ums, Nine Holy Cannons, Thai Hoa Palace and Forbidden Purple City.

Then take a boat trip on Perfume River and en-route visit Thien Mu Pagoda - one of the oldest and prettiest religious buildings in Hue. The boat will then take you to Thuy Bieu eco-village – a charming village on the bank of Perfume River to enjoy lunch.

The afternoon is spent paddling around the peaceful village. During the biking tour, you will make some stops to visit several communal houses, ancient temples and the garden house - a typical of Hue.

After a day of sightseeing, indulge yourself with an excellent blind massage and relax your feet with medicinal herb water. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 6: Hue – Da Nang – Hoi An (B, D)

In the morning, take a scenic drive to Hoi An. Make a stop in Danang for a visit to Cham Museum - a graceful building and an eclectic mix of French-colonial architecture and Cham elements. Continue onto Hoi An’s ancient town- a great introduction to the blended culture of Chinese, Dutch and Japanese.

Set off your exploration to the ancient town with some famous attractions including Japanese Pagoda Bridge - a unique covered structure built by the Japanese, Phung Hung Ancient House which is considered the heritage of the town; Chinese street, Hoi An Market and the ancient port.

Day 7: Hoi An – Da Nang – Saigon (B)

This morning, you will be taken to Da Nang airport for the flight to Saigon - The most bustling city in Vietnam. Spend a full day exploring this vibrant city.

Highlights include Ton Duc Thang and Nguyen Hue Avenue; the Reunification Palace, also known as the Independent Palace which is a historical work with its own charm; the Notre Dame Cathedral – one of the most popular tourist spots in Saigon with a unique and interesting history and the Central Post Office. End the tour with a stroll around Ben Thanh Market- the most bustling area of the city.

Day 8: Saigon – Ben Tre – Saigon ( B, L, D)

This morning, you will leave the bustling city of Saigon for an adventure to the Mekong Delta famous for its stunning floating markets. Upon arrival at Hung Vuong Pier in Ben Tre, embark on the boat for a cruise along Ben Tre River where you will get a glimpse of the local lifestyle. Make a stop at the brickfield to learn more about how bricks are made by hand and a coconut candy home factory to see the interesting making process of the specialty of the region.

As moving to a local honey farm, you have the opportunity to try bee honey tea and many other tropical fruits growing in the fertile orchards. For more adventure, you could take a walking or biking tour through coconut groves and green rice paddies to take in the tranquil and peaceful atmosphere of the beautiful countryside.

After lunch at a local restaurant, take a boat trip on a small rowing boat along stunning waterways reflected by shades of palm trees along two banks. Cruise back to the pier and return to Saigon for the night.

Day 9: Saigon – Mui Ne (B)

In the morning, you will be taken to Mui Ne- a tranquil and peaceful beach where your family has a great time on the white sandy beach. You can explore the quaint fishing village. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 10: Mui Ne (B)

Today is free to explore the beach on your own. Spend time for your family in the beautiful setting of the beach. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 11: Mui Ne – Saigon departure (B)

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for the departure flight. End of service.
