Tour itinerary
Day 1: Arrival Hanoi Vietnam! O/n in Hanoi
Today, you’ll land at Hanoi Airport. You will be warmly welcomed by our driver at Noi Bai International airport and will transfer to Hanoi downtown. Then travel to the hotel, check into your hotel. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi City Tour Full Day & Street Food With Dinner (B/D)
Morning activities:
Have breakfast at the hotel. At 8.00 am, our guide and driver welcome you at hotel and transfer you to visit Uncle Ho, learning about his great life at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Presidential Palace, and his residential place (Just outside campaign of the mausoleum, cannot go inside the place where keep body of Uncle Ho), One Pillar pagoda.
Next stop is the nearby Temple of Literature. The site of Vietnam’s first University, built in the twelfth century, to teach the royals the Confucius theory. Here we will also have a chance to see a traditional music performance. Free to have your own lunch
Afternoon activities:
This afternoon you visit Quan Thanh Temple and Tran Quoc pagoda for more experience of Hanoi history. Enjoy water puppet show at the theater is an unforgettable experience of Hanoi culture and special thing.
Evening activities:
Then you walk around the Old Quarter and surrounding with our guide to see local life as well as taste local street foods for your dinner. There are many foods for you to try and taste a coffee before ending time of street food. Overnight at the hotel.
Note: Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum closed on Mondays and Fridays as well as afternoons + 2 months on 15th June to 15th August for maintenance. Museums in Hanoi also closed on Mondays & Fridays.
Day 3: Hanoi – Ninh Binh – “Kong: Skull Island” Trang An – Mua Cave (B)
Morning activities:
Have breakfast at the hotel. At 8.00 am, our guide and driver welcome at hotel in Hanoi and transfer you to Ninh Binh. You spend 2 hours on the car to reach Ninh Binh.
At first, you visit Mua Cave where you must climb 500 steps to reach the summit. You also can view Tam Coc cave and Ngo Dong River. Free to have your own lunch.
Afternoon activities:
This afternoon you continue to Trang An Grottoes for visiting Trang An tourist attraction, take a boat trip to visit cave complex: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou in mystery and wildness, see the scenery of mountain and rivers – a Halong on the land of Ninh Binh.
Evening activities:
You have your own dinner as your own account. The rest of the time is your free time to experience around Ninh Binh as your own way. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4: Cycling to Tam Coc – Bich Dong Pagoda – Thung Nang Bird Park (B)
Morning activities:
After breakfast at the hotel, this morning you have half-day cycling around the countryside to discover Tam Coc Cave and chill out the beautiful scenery. And then visit Bich Dong Cave with more discovery. Free to have your own lunch.
Afternoon activities:
The afternoon is the time to discover Thung Nang and Thung Nham bird park. Taking a biking tour from Sunny Valley – Thung Nang which has the sunshine everywhere with the tranquil atmosphere to Thung Nham – a chilling bird-watching spot. This is the chance for you to touch the wild animals.
Evening activities:
The evening is the time for your own experience around Ninh Binh or just relax at the hotel. Free to have your own dinner. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 5: Ninh Binh – Halong Bay On Cruise (B/L/D)
Morning activities:
Have breakfast at the hotel. you leave Ninh Binh for Halong Bay. It takes 5 hours on the road to reach Halong Bay. Have 15 minutes to stop en route to fresh yourself. You reach Halong at noontime. Embark on cruise
Afternoon activities:
At noontime, you embark on Cruise followed by a short cruise briefing and enjoy welcome drink. Check in the cabin.
13.15: Enjoy lunch with sampling regional fresh seafood while cruising on exquisite water, passing Incense Burner Island, Fighting Cock islet, Stone Dog… Lavender Cruise will bring you to explore Halong Bay on the most wonderful route where just a few cruises go through.
15.00-16.30: Do kayaking through the magnificent landscape with Limestone Mountains in Luon Cave, visit Titop Island or just relaxing on the sun-deck for fantastic views at The Bay. Back to Lavender Cruises and join sunset party. Join our Cooking Class in the restaurant. Let’s see how to make the fresh/fried spring rolls and mix fish-sauce. Pass by Soi Sim Beach, “Rang Dua” Island to sleeping area near The Surprising cave.
19.30: Under the magnificent night sky, our set-menu dinner is served with a variety of Vietnamese and Asian foods.
Day 6: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B/L)
Morning activities:
06.15: Tai Chi lesson on the Sun-deck.
07.15: Have breakfast with Coffee, tea, and Bakeries on board.
08.00: Visit the Surprising Cave (Hang Sung Sot) discovered by the French in 1901. Opened for tourists since 1936, now it is a must-to-see and a symbol for geology value of Halong.
09.30: Check out time. Then relax on the sun-deck or inside the restaurant to enjoy the bay's scenery.
10.15: Enjoying a traditional Vietnamese lunch while cruising back to the pier.
12.00: Check out cruise.
Afternoon activities:
The driver welcomes at the harbor and transfers you to return Hanoi city. You spend 3,5 hours to reach back to Hanoi city. Have 15 minutes break on the way. You reach Ha Noi city at a hotel at 16.30 pm. Check-in hotel. Free to have your own dinner.
Evening activities:
Evening you have more free time to experience around Hanoi city. Walk around Hanoi Old Quarter to buy some souvenir gifts for friends, family, etc. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 7: Hanoi Depart (B)
Have breakfast at the hotel. Our drops you off the airport for taking the flight back home. Say goodbye Vietnam and see you again & happy travel!
